The Philtronics Enduro intercom system was originally designed to provide driver &
navigator clear communcations for extreme motorsport where other intercom units had
failed to deliver!

The R&D and design came about when the owner of Philtronics switched from Rallycar
competition to off road racing and found that the majority of race teams were still
using hand signals to communicate the navigation instructions to the driver.
Not too keen on that idea Phil decided to develop an intercom system based on the
extreme off road requirements and thus the Philtronics Enduro intercom came into
being. The end result is an intercom communication system that is ruggedly
constructed in a diecast alloy case, powdercoated and fitted with heavy duty cables
& locking plugs which provides volume "distortion free" communications with noise
cancelling microphone technology.

The Philtronics Enduro now has been sold into many countries around the world and
is available in a variety of configurations for rally teams, off road racers,
race boats, ultralights & more!

The Philtronics Enduro Pro provides reliable and quality communications for all areas of Motorsport
where there are high levels of background noise. The Philtronics Enduro Pro uses very advanced noise
cancelling technology and has proven itself in situations where all other Intercom units have failed !
The Philtronics Enduro's built into diecast metal enclosures and then powdercoated to provide a brilliant
long lasting gloss finish. The aluminium diecast enclosure also shields the Enduro from outside
electrical interference found in most cars electrics.

The Enduro intercom has heavy duty curly cords which are secured into the case with quality cord
restaints to prevent the cords from being pulled from the case. The curly cords and supplied headsets
are fitted with locking 3 pin connectors which will stay together during the roughest of rides and ensure
no crackling and breaking down in communications.
Some competitor brand intercoms use a cheaper 1/4" type connector or specialised plugs which have
no locking mechanism and are renown for their unreliability.

Not only does the Philtronics Enduro have superior volume *up to 3 times*, to it's competitors,
but the specially designed helmet loudspeakers are small, thin, yet produce exceptional bass response.
So your co-driver sounds natural and loud, not thin and chirpy like a telephone conversation.
Philtronics can also provide specially designed "racer earbuds" which are ideal for extreme high level
noise levels as the 'racer earbuds' block out up to 42db of unwanted car & exhaust noise from your ears
and provide high quailty audio directly into your ear "without distortion" via the specially designed
micro earbud speakers.

Built in to the Philtronics Enduro intercom system is an interface port for connecting the Enduro to a
2 way radio, ipod or video camera system.
This interface allows both driver and co-driver to communicate to each other and their pit crew via
interfacing the Enduro intercom to your race radio.
